Tamara is the Strength and Conditioning Coach and the walking gait analyst at the Calgary Muscle and Soft Tissue Clinic. Her experience ranges from working with clients who have gone through multiple knee surgeries to youth athletic development. Tamara is most passionate about empowering her clients during their rehabilitation journey. Providing clients as much information and feedback about how they are moving with simple and easy to follow solutions to start building the foundation to change their life!

Tamara has spent a lot of time in the sporting world analyzing and training movement. She played 5 years of basketball for the University of Calgary, earning her Bachelors of Science in Exercise & Health Physiology degree in 2014. Most recently, she earned her Masters of Science in Strength and Conditioning from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham UK.

Tamara strongly believes that everyone is an athlete and we do not have to “get old” as we age. Magic is achieved when we streamline exercise into our daily routines and it becomes habit.
